Hi everyone!!!
Had a great day out yesterday at Saveurs de Toscane, a fair promoting Tuscan food and wine. It was great, we could taste loads of delicious specialities of the region like cheese, salamis, olive oil, fresh pasta, biscuits, honey, etc. To top it all it was held in the fantastic setting of Auto-World, the car museum at Parc Cinquantenaire. We also attended a lesson about how to cook risotto... Mmmm! okay we didnt stay to taste it after cos we thought it was a bit ugh after so many people were involved in the chopping and cooking. Instead for lunch we had a plate of delicious fresh pasta al tartufo MMmmmm, here are some photos:
